Being a parent can arguably be one of the most challenging yet wonderful things you decide to do with your life. It can evoke a strength and love you never knew you had or were missing. It also can bring up some fears and lots of uncertainty. These are all normal and part of the journey that will take you into and through parenthood. While some mom's and dad's have super human powers and can roll with anything, often times parents need help. Family members are wonderful and irreplaceable to have whether you are raising and taking care of your first, third or sixth child. A Postpartum Doula can offer something different; love, support and evidence- based care that an unbiased, trained professional can give. If your family is also growing by adoption or surrogacy, please contact me.
